A 405,677 square foot power center / community center acquired in 2004. Publix, Office Max, TJ Maxx, Freedom Furniture and Electronics, Chuck E. Cheese, Dollar Tree, Cato and Tuesday Morning anchor the center. The center is located at the intersection of I-185 (exit 6) and Macon Road.
A 56,630 square foot community center acquired in 2003. Food Lion and Dollar General anchor the center along with a freestanding Rite Aid. The center is located between High Point Road and Interstate 85.
A 84,694 square foot "Food City" anchored center acquired in 2002. A total re-development of this property began in the fall of 2006 that includes a new Food City Grocery Store (54,827 SF and approximately 10,000 SF of finished mezzanine area) and new retail space available.
