A 25,000 square foot center acquired in 2001. A Wal-Mart Supercenter is adjacent to the center. Tenants include Radio Shack, Rent-A-Center, and Dollar Tree. The center is located at the junction of I-81 and I-64.
This 85,897 square foot center was acquired in 2001. Lowe’s Foods, Family Dollar and Gold’s Gym are the anchor tenants. The center is located 30 miles south of Wilmington along the Route 17 coastal highway. A complete renovation was completed in the summer of 2007. The renovation included an updated appearance and several exciting new restaurant and retail tenants.
