A 90,000 square foot center, which opened in February, 1999. Anchor tenants include Lowes Foods and CVS/pharmacy. Chapel Hill is part of the Research Triangle Region of North Carolina and is located 20 miles west of Raleigh.
A 142,000 square foot center anchored by a Piggly Wiggly supermarket, a new free standing Eckerd Drug store, Dollar Tree, and Tuesday Morning. It was acquired in 1999.
