A 25,000 square foot center acquired in 2001. A Wal-Mart Supercenter is adjacent to the center. Tenants include Radio Shack, Rent-A-Center, and Dollar Tree. The center is located at the junction of I-81 and I-64.
A 67,000 square foot center, which opened in March, 1998. Anchor tenants include CVS Pharmacy, Badcock Furniture and Dollar Tree. Midway is part of the Greater/Greensboro/Triad region of North Carolina (greater Greensboro, High Point, Winston-Salem area) and is located about 10 miles south of Winston-Salem.
